When a global manufacturer expanded through acquisition, their IT landscape became increasingly complex. Each new site brought its own systems, devices, and naming conventions and nothing aligned. Support became inconsistent, visibility was limited, and even basic tasks like managing licences or rolling out updates were difficult to control at scale.

In 2019–2020, a global personal protection manufacturer acquired a U.S.-based helmet division to expand its product portfolio. The integration required navigating operational complexity, cultural alignment, and IT transitions, all while managing pandemic disruptions.

We provided project management expertise to help the client deliver the 3 application system upgrades and new implementations, coordinating across competing resources and carefully balancing timelines to successfully meet contractual obligations and protect technical integrity.
